Having Your Back

We can fight these never ending inner battles with ourselves. We doubt ourselves, our capabilities, our worthiness — we have a voice that tells us we’re not good enough moms, partners, colleagues, friends, daughters.

That inner voice is programming from your past or societal unrealistic expectations.

It’s not the real you.
