Making Time

Making time and space to take care of myself has become a top priority for me. It’s a non-negotiable.

P.S. You might hear my 7-year-old in the background in this video. It’s his bedtime but he’s providing his laundry list of to dos like his sister right when it’s time to go to bed.

P.P.S. He’s still trying to talk to us and it’s now almost 9pm (EST), an hour and half beyond his bedtime. 😬
