New Week, New You.

It’s the start of a new week. Take 5 minutes and look at your calendar for the week. Where can you schedule 10 to 30 minutes of alone time for yourself each day to:

👟Move your body

🧎🏻‍♀️Meditate (check out Headspace)

📖 Read a book that uplifts you or makes you feel seen (check out Cleo Wade’s Heart Talk)

🖊 Sit and journal about how you’re feeling and one thing you can do this week to make you feel more calm and at peace

👍🏽 Plan to do absolutely nothing

So many of us struggle with the limiting belief that rest is not productive. (Hey, first gens and my moms out there 👋🏽)

Rest is everything.

Your phone can’t function on an empty battery. Neither can you.

Please take time for yourself this week. Make a date with yourself.

Show up for your well-being.

We can’t be at our best for ourselves or anyone else if we aren’t taking care of our minds, bodies and spirits.

I hear every single one of you out there just trying to survive right now, and I’m telling you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel—- even if it’s hard to see right now.

Ask for the help and support you need and give yourself the love and care you deserve🙏🏽
