Just because you’re a mom and a leader at work doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice the other parts of you. Do what you need to do today for work and your loved ones….then go do something for yourself. Or do that thing for you first!

Even if it’s a drive to CVS or Walgreens to get out of the house by myself on the weekend (does anyone else do this?!)

I decided to put on bright lipstick and journal.

Why put lipstick on when I’m journaling?

Because I wanted to.

And it’s a vibe.
