Stages

We all go through different stages of life: newly married vs married for ten or 20 years, new parent, new job vs job you’ve had for 4 years, mom of younger kids vs mom of grown kids, career change, caregiving, ramping up in your career or staying steady, and more.

And in those stages, we make a lot of decisions that shape our everyday lives. Before I became a parent or had 3 kids, there were plenty of things I did that I wouldn’t do now. Because my life has changed and I’ve had to learn to adjust and adapt and do my best to thrive, not just survive.

So whatever decision you’re grappling with, make it a decision that’s in integrity with who you are and what you value most in THIS stage of your life.❤️
