Life isn’t linear, including careers.

You get to decide what you care about the most in this chapter of your life.

You get to decide whether to use the power you have to take steps towards what you say you want.

Even though there are so many things we can’t control, single-handedly change or fix, there is a sphere of control you do have.

It’s in that vast realm that you get to choose.
